Product Overview

This fibre cleaning swab features a unique, recessed tip which is used to clean fibre optic connectors with alignment pins, such as male MPO connectors, as well as hermaphroditic fibre optic connectors like MIL T 29504/4, MIL T 29504/4, MIL DTL 38999, MIL T 29504/14 for MIL PRF 28876, MIL DTL 83526 pin termini, ARINC 801 pin termini, ODC-style pin termini, SMPTE 304M socket termini, OptiTap drops, and other hardened connector systems with pin termini of end face. 

  • A high purity, lint free, precision “swab” for cleaning fibre optic end-faces
  • Available in a range of sizes and colour coded for easy identification
  • The only product able to clean any configuration of connector
  • Moulded fibrous tip out performs foam or cloth nibs
  • Tip conforms to end-faces, including APC
  • Cleans the entire end-face, not just the contact area
