Product Overview

This is the long-nosed CleanStixx™ fibre optic cleaning swab engineered for cleaning 1.6mm and 2.0mm connectors and end-faces. This cleaning stick has an extra-long tip to reach deep into connectors and clean without the need to dissemble the connector. Connectors that can be cleaned with this tool include MIL T 29504/5 for MIL DTL 38999, MIL T 29504/15 for MIL PRF 28876, SMPTE 304M socket termini, ODC-style socket termini, and other hardened connector systems with 1.6mm & 2.0mm socket termini. The sticks and their packaging are color-coded for easy selection. Optimized for use with the Sticklers™ fibre cleaning fluid. Perfectly cleans the entire end-face, not just the central core. No fabric, foam, glues or particulate for better cleaning. Precision moulded to exact size and shape, for better cleaning.
